Materials

  • 1 lbs ground meat
  • 1 head garlic crushed
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs (Italian Seasoning)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 pck pasta your choice
  • 1 tbsp oil Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Grapeseed oil, your choice.
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 jars Favorite Pasta Sauce

Instructions

Meat Balls

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onions, Italian seasoning, and meat until well combined. Pour half a jar of pasta sauce into an oven-safe pan. Form 5-6 meatballs and place them in the pan. Cook for about 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Pasta

  • Bring water, salt, and oil to a boil in a pot. Add pasta and cook for about 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain, then mix in the remaining pasta sauce.

Plate

  • Add a generous spoonful of pasta to each of the four plates. Top with a meatball and serve.
