Smoked Ribs
Delicious Smoked Ribs with lots of flavor and falls off the bone. These are tasty and fall off the bone. Great for parties and get togethers.

- 3-4 Slabs of Ribs
- 1/2 cup Mustard
- 1 cup Favorite seasoning or (Famous Daves)
- 3 cup Apple Juice
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Bottle BBQ sauce
- Foil
Instructions
- Set smoker at 250 degrees
- Remove the membrane rub mustard on them apply seasoning.
- Place meat in smoker for 2 hours
- Spray apple juice every 30-45min
- Remove from smoker, apply honey, butter, and brown sugar rub all over don't be shy with the brown sugar
- Place meat side down in foil, spray with apple juice
- Wrap with 2 layers of foil
- Lower heat to 210 and smoke for 1 hour
- Remove rack from smoker and get juices out it of foil, save in bowl
- Mix juices with BBQ sauce
- Rub BBQ sauce and juice mix over all slabs
- Place back in smoker at 250 for 1 hours
